An experimental documentary, which explores the plight of downtown Detroit, specifically its architecture and old buildings. By juxtaposing new, fancy, gleaming buildings with those left behind waiting for demolition, this film attempts to raise awareness about inter-city degradation and blight occurring in many US cities.
